How To Make The Most Of Your Visit To The Center For Diabetes
- Make a list of all the medications you currently take– both prescription and over-the-counter, including herbs. Or just bring in your medication (including any bottles, insulin pens, vials, and/or syringes) with you.
- Bring copies of recent test results.
- If you have a glucose meter, bring that with you as well (even if it doesn't work).
