James Ellexson, HR Nurse Recruiter

James has been with Saint Anthony Hospital since 2006 and brings with him over 11 years of human resource and business management experience in the non-profit, corporate and healthcare industries. He holds an undergraduate degree in Education and an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Management from Michigan State University. James is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRP) and the liaison between the Nursing Departments and Human Resource. He is responsible for the finding and hiring of the nursing department staff. He is described as a warm individual with a great sense of humor and is dedicated to match the right people with the right positions and departments.

Lorena (Lorie) Marquez, HR Allied Health Recruiter

Lorie has been with Saint Anthony Hospital HR team since 2005. She has had a few roles in the HR Department starting as the Human Resource Information Specialist then moving into the Allied Health Recruiter position in 2007. Lorie has an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management and International Business from Illinois State University. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRP) and is described as a caring individual dedicated to finding the best people for Saint Anthony Hospital.

Michelle Morgan, Manager Employment and Employee Relations

Michelle has been living in Chicago since 2001 and a member of the Saint Anthony Hospital HR team since 2002. She brings over 13 years of Healthcare experience with 10 years of healthcare HR/Recruitment experience. Michelle holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Fairfield University and a Master’s degree in Organization Development & Human Resources Management from Johns Hopkins University. Michelle is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has been PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certified since 2001. She is currently the Manager of Employment and Employee Relations and is described as being friendly, dedicated and fair. Michelle loves pets, sports and hanging with friends (in no particular order).
